A hands-on introduction to using GIS mapping in the humanities and sciences, especially in education. Learn to integrate GIS mapping into K-12, or higher education.  Using GIS in the classroom illustrates geographic context, connects lessons with real places, and supports STEM learning.  Guest workshop with Anita Palmer,  the author of  ‘GeoInquiries’    15-minute, pre-built activities that connect required schools content to online interactive GIS software.
