- THURSDAY'S BANQUET TICKETS CAN BE PURCHASED ONLINE.
SEATING IS LIMITED. PURCHASE BANQUET TICKETS
NO ADMISSION TO BANQUET WITHOUT ADVANCE PURCHASE RSVP
- Note that parking is available at Hillcrest Parking Center, 5906 Hillcrest Avenue, Dallas TX 75275. Entrance requires a credit card and costs are $10 per day per vehicle.
DURING THE IN-PERSON EVENTS, SO AS TO BE CAUTIOUS OF CONTINUING PANDEMIC CONCERNS, WE WILL BE IMPLEMENTING THE FOLLOWING MEASURES:
- During the FILM SCREENINGS (@Perkins Chapel, Aug. 31, 6-10PM), the OPENING RECEPTION (@Bridwell, Sept. 1, 6-8PM), the CONFERENCE (@Prothro Great Hall, Sept. 2, 8:30-4:15PM), and the CONCERT (@Perkins Chapel, Sept. 2, 7:30-9PM) we STRONGLY ENCOURAGE THE WEARING OF MASKS, EXCEPT WHEN EATING/DRINKING.
- The 13th Century Tuscan Banquet (Sept. 2, 5-7:30PM) WILL BE HELD OUTSIDE ON THE BRICK PLAZA IN FRONT OF PERKINS CHAPEL.
