In conjunction with her exhibition, What We Keep: The Objects of Immigrants to America, visual artist Jane Chu will present Keepsake Objects: The Contributions of Immigrants in America.
Jane Chu is a visual artist, living in New York, who served as the eleventh chairperson of the National Endowment for the Arts (2014-2018). She is a graduate of the SMU Meadows School of the Arts. Her current project and exhibition, The Objects of Immigrants to America, illustrates and tells stories of individuals from all walks of life who have immigrated to the United States.
Light lunch provided by Friends of SMU Libraries.
