How to use Git & GitHub: Love Data Week

Looking to get started with Git & GitHub?In this hands on workshop, participants will install and use Git on their laptops and learn how to upload Git repositories to GitHub.  Git is a Version Control System (VCS) that aids in collaborative projects, and GitHub is an online platform for hosting Git repositories.

This workshop requires software installation on the participant's laptop and familiarity with the Terminal (Mac/Linus) or Git bash (Windows PC).
