Simulate investments using the tools found in professional offices.

Compete to identify the best performing equities over time. Participants will learn to use Capital IQ, FactSet, Pitchbook, and Value Line to screen for companies and explore analyst reports, financial data, comp information and other metrics to assess equity performance.

If you are taking this as a requirement for a Finance class, you should already have a personal login for FactSet and Capital IQ. For all others, if you register at least one week in advance and you are a current SMU student, you should receive emails from FactSet and Capital IQ with login information. If you do not receive the logins, you will still benefit from participating.

Any person who requires a reasonable accommodation on the basis of a disability in order to participate in this program should contact presenter at bizworkshops@smu.edu at least one week prior to the event to arrange for the accommodation.
