Event box
Introduction to High Performance Computing (HPC) provided by the OIT Research Technology Services team.
In this session we will discuss what HPC systems are and the resources available at SMU. We will cover how HPC accounts are requested and go over some basic requirements for using SMU's HPC resources. There will be ample time to ask questions and discuss specific research needs of attendees.
These sessions are open to all faculty, staff, and students using or interested in using research computing systems at SMU.
Registration is strongly encouraged and opens 2 weeks before the event, but we will try to accommodate walk-ins as space allows. Registrations will close 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time.
More specialized individual consults for individuals or groups can be scheduled by emailing OIT Research Technology Service
