Our Demographic and Consumer Research Workshops have concluded for the spring 2018 semester, but will resume in fall 2018. If you would like to be notified when new workshops are scheduled, please register for our waitlist and you will receive an e-mail when the fall schedule is prepared. We will do a workshop in the summer if you contact us and have a group of five people that can attend it.

Reliable statistics add validity to your research.

In this workshop participants will use American Factfinder (US Census Bureau) and Mergent Intellect to find demographic data for geographic areas. Mintel offers consumer data along with market research, and Simmons OneView is an excellent source for detailed consumer preferences, including brands. Psychographic data will also be addressed. Marketing and Entrepreneur students or anyone needing statistics about people will find this workshop helpful.
