Most are familiar with copyright as it applies to published writings, photos, or music. But copyright also extends to our everyday use of phone apps, computer software, social media, and music and media use. As we interact using our mobile technology, we do so within provisions of copyright and licensing agreements. This session will address the basics of copyright as it applies to our digital, day-to-day lives. Topics covered include music and End User License Agreements, “wrapper” agreements, and social media applications.
