Locate company financial information such as annual reports, income statements, and ratios using Mergent Online, Business Insights: Global and Capital IQ. You will learn effective search strategies for finding accounting standards and tax accounting regulations using Checkpoint. Accounting students and others researching company financial data will benefit.

If you are taking this as a requirement for a Finance class, you should already have a personal login for Capital IQ. As long as you register at least one week in advance and you are a current SMU student, you should receive an email from Capital IQ with login information. If you do not receive the login, you will still benefit from participating.

Any person who requires a reasonable accommodation on the basis of a disability in order to participate in this program should contact presenter at bizworkshops@smu.edu at least one week prior to the event to arrange for the accommodation.

Interested but can't come at this time? Request a Workshop to meet the specific needs of your class, writing group, department, or student organization.
